We are a family run business, we have combined experience of over 60 years working with people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, physical disabilities, elderly people and challenging behaviours.
Most of us started out working for another company over 15 years ago in a residential home which then changed to supported living. The company was also family run and sold about one year ago due to tragic ill health and unfortunately they decided not to carry on but to sell to large provider.
We saw changes that were no longer person centred and not of the ethos we believed in so because most of our family worked with the company we decided to set up our own. We saw the potential and growth of the people who we provide support for and this further installed value in our work as well as providing real opportunities for people who are vulnerable.
Our experience ranges from a qualified nurse, social worker, registered manager and support workers. Working in a variety of settings, from hospital to supported living.
All our staff are committed, trained and experienced in delivering hands on care and support.
Our support workers are locally recruited from the community.
We have trained qualified managers responsible for monitoring the quality of your care package and ensuring needs are met and delivering high standards.
